Shipping Costs

Shipping costs apply to the majority of our products.
These may vary depending on the type of product, order quantity, and destination country.

Some products qualify for free shipping.
Whether an item is eligible for free shipping is indicated on the respective product page.

The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed in the shopping cart and during checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany: 3–14 business days

  • International (EU): 5–14 business days

(For advance payment methods, these periods begin after we receive your payment.)

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, they may be shipped separately.
In such cases, the delivery time for each item depends on the times stated on its respective product page.
You will not incur any additional costs due to partial shipments.
